It's a Challenge

Hello and Happy Thursday to everyone.

It's been a good mail week for me so far.

My box has had something in it every day.

I haven't yet been to the post office today.

My fingers are crossed that I will have some mail to share with you tomorrow.

Here's what came in on Wednesday:

An official Postcrossing card from Arizona.

My first embossed card.

The sender writes:

Hello!

Last night it was 24 degrees, Yikes!

I wasn't sure if this is really AZ!

I live in Southern Arizona.

Made my asskicking chicken soup :)

My son and I flew to Vegas & saw Elton John.

Great show!

Did you know Apache Junction is a UFO hot spot?

LoL.

Liz.

I did not know that Apache Junction was a hot spot for alien life. LOL.

I wouldn't mind making my own ass kicking soup.

Liz sounds like a fun person.

A postcard in the mail from Lynn.

Actually, this is a collaberation that we both worked on.

I recognize bits and pieces of it but it is completely different from the last time I saw it.

It was sent to me twice to add something to it.

I think the final result is a total of 5 different add ons/alterations.

I like the final message/interpretation.

Also, a letter from Lynn with some more art and art challenges.

I need to get my creativity on.

The two pieces on the right are playing cards that I had her alter.

We are going to alter a full deck, maybe even two.

Here's what went out in yesterday's mail:

An official Postcrossing card on its way to the Netherlands.

 This is an official Postcrossing card floating all the way to Taiwan.

Letter to a pen pal.

A swap-bot swap, Surprise in an Envelope.

Same swap, different person.
